I bought my first chinchilla on the year 1989. The first Iquitos-baby was born on March 1991. My goal is to breed chinchillas having good health and nice characters. I hope their appearances to pleasing the eye. The colours I, in the first place, breed are beige and blond.
I am a judge for chinchillas since the year 1993 for Finnish system. In the autumn of 2006 I started to practice to be a judge for the Danish 81-point system. I have been practicing for this system by being an assistent judge at several shows in Germany, Finland and the Netherlands.
29.11.2008 I was at Sulingen, in Germany. For the last time I was an assistent judge. After the show I had to judge chinchillas on my own, 5 judges marked my judging and I passed the exam for the 81-point system.
E.C.B. (European Chinchilla Society for Judges) has accepted me as an official, international judge for 81-point system. Here some pictures from shows.
