Individual There is no such thing as collective vision.

Independent I have my own firm and no boss to put my ideas down.

Industry When worldwide experienced or over 50 years old visionaries
start to put their wisdom and knowledge in how to solve big problems
by making this information as content into the Internet, this will be the
first time in history, when there is really a global learning  of knowledge. 
This will fill telecoms now empty pipes and this new IT-business or
cause will grow for the next 50 years.
