Marketed world-wide and researched in global company prepared
innovative and state-of-the-art learning package for developing
managers strategic thinking through focused work-outs. 
Developed new products, such as two theses of true leadership 
and right strategic thinking, wrote a pamphlet "Finland's Vision" 
with built-in national project to solve this welfare-state present
problem of high unemployment, which work suites also to advice
other Continental European welfare-states. This book is in Finnish
and is published in the Internet. Among companies, which have
shown interest in my learning products are in the U.S.A. IBM and 
in Europe Daimlerchrysler. My pamphlet while written already in
1994 is still of current interest according to many people as it is 
a rare visionary piece of art.

Accomplishments
Conceived, organized, and developed a 21st century strategic
thinking and change management system concept, trained it to
many management groups, to focus and prioritize product lines 
and marketing strategies. Led company management to 
understand business system as a whole, with its complex
interaction among separate parts.

Successfully helped by innovating in tough task force action 
a basis for finding out "system archetypes", to resolve and
implement a two-tiered, premium and standard, LHD-loader strategy
for two freestanding facilities, one in Turku Finland and the other 
in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, thus optimizing the two 
business units profitability and units sales.

Worked in liaison with a Booz Allen Hamilton M&A team 
in New York, N.Y. in the successful acquisition of a $235 million
U.S. mining equipment company by: (1) innovating a new (cyclical)
market based financial valuation model, (2) getting with it a realistic
bidding range, and (3) reducing the initial bid, based on normal
projected cash flows, by $35 million or 26 %. Immediately after 
the deal mobilized 120 company and outside experts in only 
a 10-hour period to conduct due diligence for acquired 6 divisions 
in 10 countries, completing this major acquisition just in 6 weeks.

Worked out a successful market and competitor analysis 
in Hong Kong by focusing on customer perception of all 
main suppliers.

Served as a team leader in a $10 million regional and town
development project for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, 
in Al Baha, Saudi Arabia. Led a team of 30 multinational,
multidiscipline professionals and their 30 assistants to successfully
complete this very demanding project. Worked to remove all
obstacles and moved this project from its entry position 
into # 1 position as to customer satisfaction.

Resolved deadlocked negotiations with the Saudi client and freed 
up frozen project fees of $3 million in a single, well prepared and 
with UN-experts carefully planned, presentation to the Ministry 
high officials and their UN advisors, after an administratively
problematic transfer of project reporting from Jeddah to Riyadh.

Improved the profitability of a $1 million infrastructural planning and
design project for Ras Lanuf New Town, Libya for an estimated
population of 40,000 by: (1) negotiating successfully with American
large petroproject management the adding of an additional
desalination unit for the town in the nearby Refinery and Ethylene
Complex, and (2) still negotiated with Russian Government
Construction Company and Libyan National Oil Company the
relocation of then through the middle of the new town planned 700
km gas pipeline just, when its construction was only 100 km away.

Marketed engineering services to many government ministries 
in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe,
Mozambique, and Bangladesh   - corporately and as a member 
of a Finnish Government trade group.
