LOST ISLE RELEASED 24th July 2007!

A Zelda Classic quest by DarkFlameWolf and Peteo.

After a long wait, Lost Isle is finally released for Zelda Classic!

Lost Isle Information

Lost Isle is a Zelda Classic custom quest that has been under production for almost 2 years. It is now finished at last.
Lost Isle is quite similiar to Link's other adventures, especially the one that took place on Koholint Island in the game Link's Awakening. However, this time Link ends up on a deserted and hostile island, and he has to find a way out of the island. But to do that, he must first solve the mysteries of the island: What happened on the island? Who killed all the people and drained life from the island? Is the dark force that did it still lurking there?

The game is a mix of Zelda and Metroid. You can see many familiar items and gameplay mechanics from Zelda, but the game also has the gloomy and dark atmosphere of the Metroid games. Link all alone in a hostile environment, just like Samus in her games.

Lost Isle offers pretty 2D graphics, fitting music and solid gameplay. It should offer almost 20 hours of fun and unique challenges. A collaborative effort of 2 very solid quest designers, DarkFlameWolf and Peteo, Lost Isle is a good and FREE game and should not disappoint Zelda fans and fans of adventure games in general. All you need to do to play Lost Isle is to download the 2 .zip files from this site (the game and the player that plays the game) and you can enjoy Lost Isle on your computer.
