Ruuan pitää olla sellaista, että ihmiset ymmärtävät sitä. Jos annan liian hankalia vinkkejä, tulee heille ruuanlaittorimakauhu. Jos tarjoan liian outoja raaka-aineita, saavat he syömispelon. Food must be understandable. If my tips and receipes are too difficult, it makes people cooking-scared. If I serve too odd ingredients my guests fear to eat. I want the food I cook to be close to the eater´s heart. I want people to love it so much that they want to cook similar dishes by themselves. |
