19.9.2007 The recordings of the forth-coming album have been ffinished and we are currently on a mixing process. Also the video for the song Valley of Misery will be shot in the end of October.

The filming process for the forthcoming acted short movie has been concluded. The video itself will be released with the DVD along with the CD.

MIND-A-STRAY has begun the recording process of their first full-length album.

15.1.2006 The band has released the drummer TTMG from his duties.

24.5.2005 Tommy Dee is once again the lead singer of the band. The co-operation with Sami Ilvonen ended in mutual understanding and without any dramatics.
The reasons that led to this decision were mainly Sami's lack of time due to his other projects and Tommy's willing to be the lead singer again and to sing his own music. Also the band has now done two gigs with Tommy in the vocals (while Sami being in the band, of course) and taking into account of the complicated situation the band mutually decided that this was the best solution.
However Sami will probably continue working with us as our half-time gig promoter so we all hope that our co-operation will better pay off this way.
The band has moved from "Arkki" into a new address located in the same premises as D-studio - the studio that the constantly use to produce their promos.
The band greatly thanks Sami of being part of the process of making "Sign of Victory" which has proved to be one of the best (if not even THE best) promos that the band has ever made.

4.3.2005 The new promo "Sign of Victory" is released.

3.3.2005 Darcane changes name to MIND-A-STRAY.

18.2.2005 The band signs TTMG as their new drummer.

14.12.2004 Darcane signs a new lead singer Sami Ilvonen.

30.9.2004 Guitarist Jere Lappalainen joins the group.

28.7.2004 Darcane will be heading to the studio in 12th of November to record their 5th promo.

28.2.2004 The 4th promo "Anamorphica" is released.

26.1.2004 DARCANE start recording their fourth promo (project name "Rebels Incarnated") on D-studio near Helsinki.

13.11.2003 Our guitarist Rizzto decided to leave the band. Everything happened in good faith. Thanks man for the job well done!

27.9.2003 Darcane re-signes their original drummer Tony. Welcome back! All the former conflicts are from now on forgotten.

20.1.2003 HOLOCHAUST is featured in a new Finnish fetish film called Fetish Picnic. The band performs the song "Misery" as a music video dressed up on fetish leather clothes! This is a must-see for a real hard-core Holochaust fan. We are working on getting the video on the net in DivX format.

11.11.2002 The decision about the new name is finally made and agreed on. Doomer makes a design of a new band logo with the new name. The mixing of songs on the forthcoming CD release is finished and the lay-out designing is going full-speed ahead.

26.5.2002 The band begins the recordings for their forthcoming promo Survivors of the Holochaust on Studio303.

10.5.2002 Holochaust appears as a finalist on Finnish Rock Championships 2002.

30.9.2001 Holochaust is in Studio303 recording material for their next demo Pandemonium.

26.3.2001 Holochaust is featured in compilation album called Northern Breeze II. The CD is released through Low Frequency Records.

8.3.2001 HOLOCHAUST starts co-operation with Finnish booking agency called Siniset Sienet with stands for blue mushrooms. Anyway, that doesn't imply about our favorite food..

23.1.2001 Holochaust start shooting material to the forthcoming promo video of Valley of Misery + go to studio (MD-studio) on 17.-18. 2. to re-record the songs Beyond the Violence, Valley of Misery and I Wanna Lie with the current line-up.

15.5.2000 I have now added the "new" song Shout from the Dark from the 1996 demo tape on the MP3 songs page. I personally think I may have been progressing as a singer during past few years... I've also added an excellent review of our CD on reviews page

12.5.2000 I'll also put up a completely new song today. Actually it's one of our first ones, but it wasn't quite finished so I dropped it out from the current demo. It's on this '96 demo and I'm probably only gonna use some of it's riffs in future. It's called "Shout from the Dark" (oh god how original..) and it's just a bitter lost-love song. Blaaah...

26.4.2000 That earlier drummer 'interview' didn't go so well, but the one we had today (Toni) is aaa.. a totally different story. Well, you can peek in the future by checking the updated "GUYZ" section. I'll announce everything when the time comes and everything is settled.

1.4.2000 HOLOCHAUST now has a confirmed new solo guitarist and also possibly the bassist!! I will provide you with all possible info later. We are now looking for a new drummer.

22.10.1999 The first preview of 'Calm Before Thunder' is ready for download, finally!! Sorry for the huge delay. The next project is gonna be Metallica medley and the new song 'The Sin Worse than Lying'. I promise you faster results (whether or not my promises have any value anymore...:)

22.11.1998 The new song 'Greed' is available and will also be included to the CD now so the radio-version of Sad Life Philosophy is excluded.

29.10.1998 I'm very happy to announce after 15 hours of mixing in last 2 days, the song NEMESIS is finally ready for your CD's !!

10.10.1998 I finally started burning official CD's today 10.10.1998. a full ten points to the day... it finally arrived.
